My mother-in-law always made this for Easter dinner. When she set it on the table, everyone gasped at how elegant it looked.. I offer you this recipe in exchange for a simple "Yum"

Stir thoroughly until everything is evenly combined. The cheese adds flavor and helps create the golden crust, while the eggs act as a binder that allows the mold to hold its shape.

If desired, add a little salt and pepper at this stage. Mix again until the seasonings are evenly distributed.

The mixture should be thick, creamy, and easy to spoon.

Step 4: Prepare the Ring Mold
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a ring mold or Bundt pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray. Make sure every surface is coated, especially the center tube and corners, to ensure easy release after baking.

Spoon the potato mixture into the prepared mold. Press it gently with the back of a spoon to remove any air pockets and create an even surface.

Smooth the top for a neat finish.

Step 5: Bake Until Golden
Place the mold in the preheated oven.

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges become slightly crisp. The surface should develop a rich golden color while the inside remains soft and fluffy.

As it bakes, the Parmesan cheese creates a delicious crust that adds both flavor and texture.
