4 oz cream cheese, softened (half a standard block)Cheese

¾ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs, room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt (adds moisture and tenderness)

1½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw)

1 tablespoon flour (for tossing with blueberries—prevents sinking!)

For the cream cheese swirl:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 egg yolk

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For the crumb topping:

½ cup all-purpose flour

¼ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup brown sugar, packed

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional, but so good)
