1. Preheat the oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C). Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan.
2. For the Oreo crust: In a medium bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
3. For the peanut butter cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract. Gently fold in crushed Oreos.
4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust in the pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggly. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen. Cool completely before removing the sides of the pan.
