Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles!!!

(Serves 4)
8 oz (225g) spaghetti or lo mein noodles, cooked
1 lb (450g) ground beef
½ cup soy sauce (or tamari for GF)
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Optional: 1 tsp sesame oil, red pepper flakes, or sesame seeds
