Instructions
1. Layer the Vegetables
Place the halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker in an even layer (they take longer to cook). Top with the chopped green cabbage.
2. Add the Flavorings
Distribute the cubed butter evenly over the top of the cabbage. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over everything. Pour the broth around the edges of the slow cooker (try not to wash the soup mix off the top).
3. Cook Low and SlowLemons
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

4. Fold and Serve
When the potatoes are fork-tender and the cabbage is silky, use a large spoon to gently fold the vegetables together right in the pot so they are coated in the buttery broth. Let sit on "WARM" for 5 minutes before serving.
