Chocolate Truffles

Instructions:

1️⃣ Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl. 🍫

2️⃣ In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter over medium heat until it begins to simmer. 🥛🧈

3️⃣ Pour the hot cream mixture over the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for 2 minutes. ⏳

4️⃣ Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then stir until smooth and glossy. ✨

5️⃣ Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until the mixture is firm enough to scoop. ❄️
